What to Do When Life is Out of Control
You know what my least favorite part of life is? That it’s completely out of my control. I do what I can to protect my kids, family members, friends, and pets, but sometimes it’s just not enough. I can’t be everywhere at the same time, and I can’t know everything. I am a limited human. I make mistakes. That’s why it’s crucial that I trust in God. What I’ve lived long enough to realize, though, is that I can trust God with all my heart, and bad things will still happen. Not can, will.
Different Personalities, Same Savior
Of all the personalities in my life, none are better, and none are worse. It just is. This is how God made us. We all complement and challenge each other in different ways, whether we are very alike or very different. There are none of us who are exactly the same. God did that on purpose.
